EDICS will be moving
From 1st January 2011, EDICS administation will be moving to new premises close to the centre of Epsom. Our new headquarters will be at Novellus Court, 61 South Street / Epsom / KT18 7PX. The location of clinical services remains unchanged.

EDICS is a Specialised personal Medical Services organisation commissioned by Surrey Primary Care Trust. All people working within EDICS are NHS employees.
The EDICS contract provides financial support for the Gateway to inform the specialist care of patients referred from within its 20 member practices. It also provides for the administrative support necessary for the EDICS services in practices. Ongoing performance against this contract is monitored using in-house computerised and statistical software and complimented by the NHS's own performance management system known as Clearnet.
EDICS enters into contracts with other providers of care for the patients in its practices. These providers include NHS Trusts, GP practices, groups of NHS specialists working in chambers, General practitioners with special interests, extended scope practitioners, practitioners with special interests and private healthcare organisations.
EDICS provides logistical and management support for its sister organisations in Leatherhead (EDICS Leatherhead) and Elmbridge (MEDICS Gateway) and similar organisations in Southend and Woking. |
